Camp is for children aged between 3 and 14 years old and we organise children into groups with children of similar ages.

Camp 4-2-11 is open to any child regardless of which school they attend. We also take bookings for one day to full weeks. We offer a £20 discount for every 5 days booked at the same Camp for the same child. We also offer sibling discount which gives a saving shown on booking for the second child.

We do our best to accommodate ALL children with SEND, however due to the safety of your children and ensuring their needs can be met, we may need to offer alternative days due to the amount of children booked in on one day. Depending on their needs we may also need your child to have a one to one which would be at an extra cost, make it clear on your booking that your child has special/additional needs and we will call you to discuss and figure out the best way of providing the level of care your child deserves.

Previously we have welcomed children from France, Spain, Germany and Japan with limited language abilities and we are happy to consider children from any country. Parents will need to ensure the child has been explained our rules and safety information in their own language.

Parent’s wishing to drop off/collect a child during camp must inform staff prior to the day. This is to avoid disruption for other children and to make sure that we can have the child ready. A lot of the activities take place in rooms away from the main part of camp and due to strict Ofsted staff:child ratios we can not always send a member of staff with parents to collect belongings.

Campers will need to bring two snacks and a pack lunch. Please bear in mind that there are no refrigeration facilities onsite & we have a strict NO NUT POLICY.

Yes, we accpet tax-free childcare and we currently accept Care4, Computershare, Sodexo, Edenred, Kiddivouchers and Apple Chilcare Vouchers.

Everyday: Sunscreen, hats, water to drink, waterproof jacket, change of clothes, two snacks and a pack lunch.

Wednesday's (St Edward’s, Cotswold & Kingham): Swimsuit, towel, floatation aids essential for non swimmers.

Cancellation by the customer – a 50% refund will be available if Camp 4-2-11 is notified in writing at least 2 weeks before the commencement of the camp. No refunds thereafter. We are happy to accomodate moving booking dates up to 2 weeks before the start of camp (space allowing).

Child is unable to attend due to illness or for any other reason during the week of camp -no refund will be made and days cannot be taken in lieu.
